Mac or PC; Windows, MacOS, Linux are all fully supported.

How accurate is it (% by piece type)?

Our testing demonstrated 99% accuracy across all LEGO piece types.

Approximately 360 pieces per hour under normal operating conditions.

What LEGO piece types does it not handle?

Pieces larger than a LEGO 6x8 plate are outside the supported range.

What happens when it misidentifies a piece?

It will get sent through the bin system. As an outlier, it should be easy to spot.

5 years under normal operating conditions.

How do I get support if something goes wrong?

Email support@basically.website. Our team responds within 72 hours.

How it works

Pieces load into a bulk bucket at the top. A carousel feeds them one at a time into the classification chamber, where cameras capture every angle of each piece simultaneously. The software identifies the piece and its color, looks up where it belongs in your sorting profile, and the chute rotates to the right layer and drops it into the right bin.
